Training Content Development is a part of Motorola Solutions Worldwide Education Services organization. The role of the department is design, development and maintenance of training materials for Motorola Solutions employees, partners and customers.

This role will entail producing training courses as outlined by the instructional designers while ensuring proper quality and on schedule completion of the development work assigned. It will also involve recognizing early on and communicating any potential risks or issues that could affect the project’s completion to their team leader and project manager.

The Intern will be responsible for:

• Developing instructor led training, online training, virtual instructor led training, and lab guides.
• Collaborating with engineers to create technically accurate and well-written training materials.
• Taking part in quality reviews of assignments to ensure they are of acceptable quality and compliant with the appropriate development process.
• Getting to know Motorola Solutions products through online trainings,
• Taking part in project and team meetings to share ideas and project status.

This is what will be required:

• Student status (4-5 year of studies).
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
• Advanced communication skills, easiness in establishing contact with other people.
• Willingness and ability to acquire highly technical IT and telecommunications knowledge.
• Attention to details.
• Creativity and non-standard thinking.
