Opis zadań:
- Work in Trade and Factoring teams supporting Import, Export, Guarantee, Receivables Finance, Invoice Discounting including Domestic and Export Factoring customers and transactions
- Scanning and registering of Trade documents in HSBC systems
- Supporting other employees in processing Trade and Factoring transactions
- Keeping e-mail correspondence with the customers
- By ensuring that we always focus on providing first class customer service for all Trade and Factoring operations
- Delivering high quality of phone contact with customers
- Complete assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per process targets
- Work towards sustaining team spirit
- Working time based on contract of employment, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week with flexibility to agree on individual arrangements
- Good English skills
- Self-motivated work attitude
- Good communicative skills
- Good Computer literacy
- Good analytical skills, attention to details
- Completed upper secondary school education
- Stable job in professional team,
