During the practice of waiter / waitress the student will be under the supervision of the Chef de Sala helping during the restaurant services in the tasks of the area:
- Attend and receive diners.
- Organize the tables and the bar before the meal service.
- Offer information about the menu, the menu and drinks.
- Make sure that the bar and restaurant areas are clean after services.
- Take orders, serve dishes and help at the buffet.
