With a rapidly changing healthcare environment, subsequently leading to increased dynamics in Corporate Product Supply and Finance, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Accounting team in ALK GBSC in Poland.

The Accounts Payable Clerk (Finance Support) is responsible for providing financial and administrative support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. The person is a part of Accounts Payable team.

More specifically, while working at this position you will be responsible for:

• Support in daily vendor accounting
• Support in daily processing of Accounting mailbox: Mail and vendor statements
• Processing of Travel Expenses
• Reconciliation of sub ledgers
• Invoice processing in SAP xFlow including VAT codes on all invoices
• Segregation of documents
• Preparation of documents for scanning
• Scanning of documents

• Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
• Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative
• Able to meet deadlines
• Language skills: Business English
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to be an effective team member
• Fast learner: ability to pick up new systems and processes
